Hammerdown Bars
All our bars are custom fabricated and are made to order to suit all models of Harley-Davidson.
Our experienced team fabricate each bar from mild steel in our workshop.

- Every bar we produce undertakes a strict quality control process
- Welding is done in accordance with the national and international Standards - AS/NZS 1554.1 using our own Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
- We regularly perform MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) testing and Dye Penetration
- Load tested to assess the performance of the bar under real-life load conditions.
